Cap technically solo-ed an unknown Legendary enemy while having to carry 4 weights, in a place where his movement is quite limited, and all this without relying on his Trainer's command.. That's a hell lot of handicap to make Cap fall down for the first time in the series.. If Cap is not the MVP, I don't know who else is worthy of it, lol

I respectfully disagree. For the first time, "bad-ass" Cap. Pikachu actually lost and was hurt and defeated. After seeing it dodge every attack and have immunity to everything so far, this is the first time it actually got hurt big time.

A for effort though (I don't mean this as snarky or sarcastic, I like Cap)

He got hurt while protecting and not directly in 1v1 so hardly a fair assessment

Perhaps because it's a Galarian Moltress, very different from your regular Moltress, but it's weird... specially if we consider that Ash's Pokedex had information of legendary Pokemons in the OG show.

When Ash first saw Mewtwo, he wasn't registered in the pokedex. These two are completely different universe anyways.

Yeah because Mewtwo is not a natural legendary Pokémon, he was created in a lab and never had a legend of his own.

Maybe their Pokedex isn't familiar with that form of Moltress

Thanks I forgot to add this as another reason I was pissed off at this episode. No excuse for them not to have the dex recognize this Pokemon. It's not even a Terapagos and it's not even Zarude or Raging Bolt!! That would be more believable

Most Legendaries shouldn't be in the Pokedex.

I said in a previous episode the Raidon guy would use the things he learned on Gurumin's stream in battle, but then he doesn't even get a chance to battle lol.

I always feels like Hogator will evolve anytime soon considering how he gets New Move, and how Hogator always looks like full of fighting spirit to fight in trying times

Next episode Liko is going for the MVP

The last thing I was expecting from this episode was seeing an angry Galarian Moltress, and boy that was quite a ride... also, this has to be one of the biggest defeats Liko and the others suffered so far, and I'm saying that because this is also the first time we've seen Cap being heavily injured in a Pokémon battle.

Either way, it will be really interesting to see Liko and specially Roy getting all friendly with this Galarian Moltress, but if they manage to tame it... then Roy will be on his way of becoming a real legendary trainer, then again it's sad all this team of legendary Pokemons are kinda a big meme considering they cannot be used outside of specific plot points in the story... then again, I'll feel sorry for any future bad guy that will have to deal with a sudden Moltress appearing into battle.

If it was Team Rocket they get 1-Shoted pretty quick.

Fascinating, I am curious of what kind of pokemon it is. I am glad I didn't stop watching because of my curiousity of new pokemons that is. Also I wonder if they going to meet Black Rekkuuza or is it going to take longer, just like taking longer to see the grandma of Liko.

Thank you kindly. Well I find this Moltres beautifuller then the other one. Doesn't mean I don't find the other one ugly or something. Though I did look familiar, only this one is kinda new. Could remember the Japanese name, thought the other person gave me the dubbed version name.

Wasn't still Fire? Cuz is the same pokemon just a different variant so is probably Galarian Fire or just plain Fire.
